I knew the process was going to be a seamless one as soon as you began to transition details over. The rooming list was just in the right format to ensure that we could expedite confirmation numbers for over 100 plus rooms. You kept on top off all of the room updates, changes, notating VIPs and ensuring that the billing was accurate for any special billing requirements.
I appreciate you taking the time to come out and do site visits to ensure that the space was the perfect fit for each of the sessions that would be taking place. The 'Road Maps' that you sent over to detail the room specifications were detailed perfectly. This is very important because it makes the difference with having to make room adjustments while the client is on-site. All the details were perfectly laid out which made it seamless to execute.
