My goal for each new project is to offer you an 'a la carte' menu of services for both pre-planning and on-site management customized to fit your individual needs. Services include, but are not limited to:

Hotel Site Search and Contract Negotiation Provided on a Complimentary Basis:

As an independently owned and managed company, I am not contracted to any one hotel or chain of hotels or operate as a hotel site search company (such as Helms Briscoe or a Conference Direct) via a placement fee, or on a fee basis paid by a corporation (such as American Express) to drive clients toward certain brand hotels. Rather, I am free to negotiate with any hotel I choose thus ensuring the most competitive and un-bias rates for you.

In addition, I enforce my own contractual terms and conditions on the hotel that in turn better protects you from hotel bias attrition clauses, or the myriad of hidden hotel charges not visible to the un-trained eye. My ultimate goal will be to protect your meeting, your event and your budget, while eliminating unnecessary costs and headaches.

Hotel commissions are paid directly to me by the hotel out of independent hotel funds, not as a part of the hotel contract negotiated. I specifically request a clause in the final contract to re-enforce this fact. Consultation Services:

I represent clients as an extension of their business and not as a distant third party. This begins with a complete understanding of the client's objectives and constraints of their meeting and event needs. I then offer results driven processes and solutions for meeting planning and outcomes via pre planning, on-site consultation and management as well as exposure to pricing/contract agreements and a rolodex of service providers. The approach is dedicated to offer a 'value-add service' in all aspects of meeting planning while providing the client with what they need to improve their bottom line.
